AIM's Most Recent Study Focuses on the Role of IT in Change Management

As an organization's core business processes become increasingly integrated through information technology, the successful management of change — whether it results from business, social, regulatory, or technological forces — requires a blend of IT and business expertise. AIM's latest research effort surveyed the IT departments of 21 large highly integrated Omaha firms to obtain a better understanding of the roles IT departments play in managing change and what that says about the blend of IT and business skills needed by employees throughout today's organizations.
